Business in Las Vegas gets a little closer to normal with bars and taverns that don’t serve food, including bars in restaurants, reopening as long as they don’t exceed 50 percent capacity. Gov. Steve Sisolak moved Nevada into phase two of reopening the state for business starting Friday, May 29. His new directive keeps phase one guidelines, which allowed restaurants to reopen for dine-in service, in place. Of course, there are restrictions. Customers cannot walk up and order at bars, but can sit at bar tops as long as they remain six feet apart. Everyone must wear a face mask or covering.
Restaurants with bars can also reopen that area. Guidelines call for 50 percent of the maximum occupancy, and tables and booths must remain a minimum of six feet from each other.
So far, these locals have quickly announced they will be ready to debut. As always, call for hours, which may change.
