Launched last July as “the first and only cereal bar in Las Vegas,” The Cereal Killerz Kitchen is making a big expansion from its Galleria at Sunset origins and heading to Centennial to debut a brick and mortar restaurant.
Built around a menu created with “100 cereals from around the world,” the new space will replace the permanently shuttered Frozen Frog shaved ice store at the Oso Blanca Pavilions, close to the intersection of Durango Drive and Oso Blanca Road.
The Cereal Killerz’s Henderson location opened last summer inside the mall’s second-floor food court, adding a video game lounge to its open plan design and a growing roster of eclectic cereal flavors to its menu.
Diners can mix and match their favorite cereals with toppings and ingredients, or upgrade with waffles and oatmeal. Toast creations include the Neo, prepared with Nutella, strawberry and banana and the Loxacado, featuring smoked salmon and avocado spread. The kitchen also offers ice cream combos, iced coffee, and milkshakes.
Announced by CREConfidential and yet to begin construction, Cereal Killerz will take over 1,098 square feet next to Burgerim and a close neighbor to Marco’s Pizza and a Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop. The retail center is still hoping to fill a standalone, currently empty parcel with a new restaurant, or bar and is waiting on the completion of the long awaited Ohjah Japanese Steak House across the parking lot.
