Three New Restaurants to Try in Las Vegas Right Now

Ike’s, Yogurtland, and Mora Iced Creamery expand

Ike’s Love & Sandwiches opens its third location in Las Vegas at 4350 S. Durango Drive on June 24. Fred Smith, CEO of Fabulous Freddy’s Car Wash operates the location inside his car wash, open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Ike’s, based in San Francisco, already has locations at Fashion Show and across from UNLV on Maryland Parkway. Smith owns eight Fabulous Freddy’s in Las Vegas and Utah, and plans to open more Ike’s inside his car washes.

Yogurtland opened a new location at Boca Park outdoor shopping center, open daily for takeout from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The company now has 11 locations in Las Vegas and Henderson.

Mora Iced Creamery opened a second Las Vegas location at Town Square, open daily from noon to 9 p.m. The artisanal small-batch creamery based on Washington state’s Bainbridge Island features an ice cream and sorbet menu inspired by owners Ana Orselli and Jerry Perez’s hometown of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with more than 65 different flavors rotated throughout the year, and ice cream prepared with fresh milk, real eggs, and cane sugar. Mora also has a location at Downtown Summerlin.
