A menu stacked with 50 burgers and 50 brews is confirmed to be on the way to Town Square and Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews is rapidly putting the finishing touches on its hot rod- and garage-themed interior that already includes two vehicles welded to the ceiling.
Now officially scheduled for a fall debut, Sickies moves into the former Claim Jumper restaurant, close to the center of the retail hub and next to the children’s park.
Launched in Fargo, North Dakota, in 2012, and now expanded to North and South Dakota, Minnesota, and Nebraska, the family-friendly brand has won a slew of awards for its “turbocharged” burgers, including the Hacksaw built with three layers of sourdough bread, two patties, Sickies’ own sauce, and melted Swiss and cheddar cheeses.
Dallas-based Jones Baker Interiors & Architecture is helming the design tribute to auto shops and mounted the rusty frames of a classic Chevrolet sedan and a vintage Ford pick-up truck above the heads of future customers in the main dining room.
Currently hiring, the huge, casual menu also includes chicken wings, sandwiches, salads, wraps, and fish and chips, plus old fashioned sodas, shakes, and malts,
Announced opening hours will be 11 a.m. to midnight daily, with two happy hours scheduled from 3 to 6 p.m and 9 p.m. until closing, except Saturday when the deals begin at 9 p.m.
