CAESARS PALACE — Those staying at the resort can order food through Ivy, the casino’s 24-hour virtual concierge. Nobu Restaurant & Lounge, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, Mesa Grill, Old Homestead Steakhouse, and Beijing Noodle No. 9 all offer the service. Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen has a lunch menu for $49.95 per person Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with an heirloom tomato and burrata salad or Caesar salad, petite beef Wellington with a potato puree and glazed root vegetables topped with a red wine demi-glace, and sticky toffee pudding. EASTSIDEFerraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar offers a five-week Italian wine course, taking place on Saturdays from August 1 through September 5 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Carmelo Messina, a gold pin sommelier and master of professional wine tasting certified by the Italian Sommelier Association, will conduct the course. Each class will consist of a lecture on topics of the day and a second part that will include wine tastings. The wine course itself is limited to 25 students. Tuition is $250 per person.
