Celebrating its one year anniversary inside Henderson’s Galleria at Sunset food court, locals Christopher and Jessica Burns have big expansion plans for The Cereal Killerz Kitchen and now have an official debut date in Centennial for its first standalone location.
Sourcing its menu from “100 cereals from around the world,” and living by the motto of “everyday is Saturday,” the family friendly concept will replace the shuttered Frozen Frog shaved ice store at the Oso Blanca Pavilions retail center at 9 a.m., Saturday August 8.
The 1,098-square-foot cereal bar neighbors Burgerim, Marco’s Pizza, and a Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, close to the intersection of Durango Drive and Oso Blanca Road.
Encouraging diners to customize bowls, waffles, ice cream, or milkshakes from its huge inventory of cereal boxes, the Kitchen’s updated menu offers options of Pop Tarts, milk alternatives, and churros, plus a roster of iced coffees, including a Lucky Charms, vanilla, and whipped cream combination and the S‘more Fire Thing, featuring toasted marshmallows and Golden Grahams.
Over the next year, the team has revealed it is also pushing to expand to North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, and West Henderson.
