The 60,000-square-foot John’s Incredible Pizza returns at the Boulevard Mall, revamping its massive buffet to operate safely during the coronavirus pandemic.
While some media outlets have said the buffet is dead, and even Sweet Tomatoes announced the closing of its three Las Vegas salad bar buffet locations, John’s Incredible Pizza adapted its family fun center from a buffet to a new all-you-can-eat table-service restaurant powered by technology.
Customers now order their food using the John’s app and all of the food is brought to their tables. John’s in-house operations and IT team developed the app that enables diners to order safely.
The stuff-your-face-silly buffet features pastas, pizzas, fried chicken, a 40-plus item salad bar, soups, potatoes, and of course, desserts. The other side of the venue has more than 100 games, full-size amusement park rides, and attractions. Bumper cars, a spinning twister ride, and a swinging plane are just some of the rides.
John’s joins other buffets such as the Buffet at Wynn, Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Garden Buffet at South Point, and Golden Corral that reopened in Las Vegas.
The restaurant is now open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
