Rapper Tyga Launches Delivery-Only Chicken Bites in Las Vegas

Plus two brunch expansions, a wine dinner, and a dive bar adds pintxos

LAS VEGAS — Rapper Tyga teams up with restaurateur Robert Earl and Earl’s son Robbie to launch of Tyga Bites, a ghost kitchen serving delivery-only oven-baked, boneless chicken bites, in 30 cities including Las Vegas. The chicken bites feature one of three spices — black garlic, lemon black pepper, or peri-peri — paired with 12 sauce options. Other menu items include regular or sweet potato Tyga tots, chocolate chip cookies, and beverages. RED ROCK RESORTHearthstone Kitchen & Cellar adds a Saturday brunch to its weekend lineup. New dishes from chef Lee Davidson include a feta and watermelon salad, lollipop chicken wings, plant-based Impossible burger, and breakfast pizza topped with bacon, sausage, and poached egg. CHINATOWN — The dive bar Sand Dollar temporarily changed its name to Revelré at the Sand Dollar Lounge. The bar now offers seated table service along with a menu of pintxos such as brûléed aged goat cheese with roasted peppers, smoked whitefish rillette, and jamon and manchego. The bar recommends reservations in advance. New hours run from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Gov. Sisolak reclosed bars that do not serve food on July 10 to curb the spread of COVID-19.
