Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea Now Serving Fast-Casual Vietnamese Menus in Henderson

The nation’s leading Vietnamese dining franchise has arrived in Las Vegas, serving a menu of fast-casual dishes, alongside its partner venture devoted to fruit and boba teas.

Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea moved into the former 2,794-square-foot home of DIY Poki Bowl at Henderson's Horizon Marketplace, a Smith’s-anchored retail center at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Horizon Ridge Parkway, and a short distance from neighbors Munch Box and Stephano’s Greek & Mediterranean Grill.

Open since July, but only now celebrating its official grand opening, the international brand describes its counter-service menu as “health conscious” and based around pho noodle soup bowls priced between $8.99 and $10.99 for the large size.

Ingredients include steak flank, tendon and tripe, brisket, chicken, and beef rib, plus a collection designed for “adventurers” prepared with beef stew and hot-n-sour seafood, and “traditional” bowls created with meatballs or steak.

Diners can also opt for rice plates accompanied by fried rolls and a grilled lemongrass pork chop, or the vermicelli bowls featuring prawn, chicken, and tofu. A banh mi sandwich meal can be upgraded with snacks of avocado rolls, popcorn chicken, and minced pork fried rolls.

The Jazen Tea menu offers a collection of fruit smoothies, teas, and slushies, pouring variations on mango, lychee, berry, and honey boba combinations, plus milk teas including coconut and familiar Thai flavors.
