Steak frites, truffle croque-madame, chicken and waffles, and seafood towers all return. Diners can find specials handwritten on blackboards.

The restaurant plans to be open for dinner Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. Brunch is served Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For reservations, call 702-414-6200.

Cleaver, the steakhouse with a killer cocktail program from owner Nectaly Mendoza, returns on Monday, August 17. For reservations, book online here.
