HENDERSON — Chinese hand-pulled noodles find a home at KungFu Noodle, now open outside the Galleria at Sunset. Lanzhou noodles with beef shank, hot and sour fish, Sichuan beef brisket, and vegetable noodles all come with original or flat hand-pulled noodles, pulled with fanfare in an open kitchen. Make it a sauce dish with Mongolian beef, curry chicken, or pepper beef versions. The restaurant features the Big Bowl Challenge, where a customer who eats the entire bowl within 30 minutes gets the dish for free. It’s very big.
