UFC welterweight Daniel Rodriguez held his post-fight dinner at Mercato Della Pescheria at the Grand Canal Shoppes on Saturday, August 22, after his first-round knockout against opponent Dwight Grant. Rodriguez was joined by his friends and ordered a 22-ounce Josper-grilled rib-eye steak, prosciutto pizza, salmon, and Italian Old Fashioneds. UFC featherweight Trevin Jones was also spotted at a neighboring table with friends after his second-round TKO against opponent Timur Valiev. Las Vegas Raiders tight end Jason Witten, assistant head coach Richard Bisaccia, and defensive line coach Rod Marinelli dined at La Strega in Summerlin on Saturday night.
