Fans won’t get a chance to attend games in person when the Las Vegas Raiders play their first home game on September 21 against the New Orleans Saints, but Allegiant Stadium is already revealing some of the food and beverage options for a time when it’s safer for groups to gather. The $1.8 billion stadium was supposed to debut in August with a concert from country music legend Garth Brooks, but the coronavirus pandemic changed those plans. NFL games will go on at the stadium, albeit without fans. The UNLV Rebels also eventually plan to play at the stadium.
Here’s a look at what fans can eat and drink at Allegiant Stadium when fans are allowed to return.
Area 41 plans to serve drinks at the new stadium.
Holsteins, which also has a location at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, offers burgers.
Neon Dogs brings loaded hot dogs.
The 1960 specializes in wine, cocktails, and beer.
Casamigos, the tequila company from George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Mike Meldman, has a location at the stadium.
Taste of the Nation Tailgate Favorites comes decked in black and silver with photos of tailgating fans.
Locals’ favorite BBQ Mexicana offers a mix of barbecue and Mexican dishes from Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken of Border Grill fame. The Two Hot Tamales have a location at Mandalay Bay as well.
Another locals’ favorite, Rollin Smoke Barbeque, has a location at the stadium
Square slices of pepperoni and cheese pizza are served at P2izza
Beloved burgers from FukuBurger also have a home inside the stadium.
Marc Marrone of Graffiti Bao, Locale Italian Kitchen, and Egg Sammie fame plans to open an outlet of Graffiti Bao and Viva Los Noches, much like his Piña at T-Mobile Arena, at the stadium.
Sam Marvin of Echo & Rig at Tivoli Village plans to open an outlet of his steakhouse at the stadium serving a rib-eye sandwich and Raider chips.
Snap-O-Razzo plans to offer a hot dog cart from chef Ralph Perrazzo.
Arghhhiritas serves margaritas.
Allegiant Stadium has more than 10 different event spaces with room for 25 people up to a 65,000-person buyout.
Modelo and Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi also partnered with the stadium for wine and beer experiences. The Modelo Cantina Club, a 26,000-square-foot space, overlooks the 50-yard line with three branded bars and the Modelo Tailgate Zone — a dedicated location outside of the stadium that will be home to Raider tailgates during the season.
Inside the Modelo Cantina Club sits the Robert Mondavi Winery Bar.
