Resorts World, the $4.3 billion resort scheduled to open in summer 2021 on the north end of the Strip, reveals a bit more information about the restaurants going into the Urban Food Street food hall. The 3,500-room resort plans to offer 200,000 square feet of food and beverage.

The 75-year-old Prince’s Hot Chicken out of Nashville makes its Las Vegas debut at the resort. Legend has it that Prince’s lover found out he was stepping out on her, and instead of lecturing him, she made fried chicken sprinkled with peppers and spices. Prince loved it, and a new way to eat fried chicken started. James Thornton Prince originally opened the restaurant in 1945 and his great-niece André Prince Jeffries now runs the company.

Major Food Group, which already has Carbone Italian Restaurant at Aria and Sadelle’s at the Bellagio, plans to open its Italian-American Parm at the resort. The restaurant serves Mario’s meatballs, mozzarella sticks, and, of course, chicken parm. The restaurant’s hero sandwiches offer a casual way to dine.
