COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGASChina Poblano by José Andrés has a SecretBurger event for customers 21 and up for $75 per person. The menu includes tortilla chips, guacamole, and salsa de chipotle; a fried rice with 20 seasonal vegetables; two carnitas tacos; chicken ji song; churros; and a China Poblano Spotify playlist. For an additional $20, customers can purchase pre-made flaka margaritas or Ma cocktails with Old Overholt rye whiskey, ginger, star anise, and yuzu. Both include a cocktail shaker. WESTSIDEHoney Salt now offers a vegan menu with dishes such as a grain power salad with quinoa, beluga lentils, and avocado; a roasted vegetable pizza with broccolini, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes; linguine pomodoro; a slow-roasted cauliflower steak; and more. The restaurant also offers a rotating three-course vegan menu on Mondays with a starter, entrée, dessert, and boozy detox shooter for $29 per person. DOWNTOWN — Chef Natalie Young holds a fried chicken pop-up dinner on Friday, August 14, for curbside pickup from 4 to 6 p.m. at Eat. Proceeds of the dinner go toward the purchase of Chromebooks for Core students/scholars for the upcoming distance learning school semester. The dinner packages include three to nine pieces of chicken with either cornbread or potato salad. Customers can also order mac and cheese, collard greens, and biscuits. WYNN LAS VEGAS — The resort partnered with Tenaya Creek Brewery to launch The Singing Frog, a lager with 100 percent of sales going to Three Square Food Bank through November 30. The lager uses ingredients from Germany and the Czech Republic, creating a floral and spicy hoppiness and a malt composition.
