Oyo Hotel returns off the Strip on Wednesday with a limited number of restaurants reopening. Gov. Steve Sisolak closed all nonessential businesses including casinos, restaurants, and bars in March to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and allowed casinos to reopen on June 4. Slowly, casinos and resorts up and down the Strip have made their return at 50 percent capacity with additional cleaning protocols and mandatory masks.

Not all of the restaurants and bars reopen with Oyo. Hooters Restaurant returns with its menu of chicken wings and beer served by the Hooters Girls. The restaurant plans to be open from 11 a.m. to 6 a.m. daily.

Splash Cantina reopens by the pool from 6 to 11 a.m. daily with a menu of breakfast dishes.

Steak ’n Shake, The Underground Lounge, and Southside Eatery remain closed.

On Thursday, neighboring Tropicana reopens.
