Chef and owner Jompon Chotikamars launched his menu of Bangkok street food in the Arts District back in spring 2018 and has now debuted a second, easier-to-find location, less than a mile from the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets.
Open for dine-in, takeout, and delivery, D E Thai Kitchen is serving daily at the Desert Diamond Plaza retail center, replacing the Galanga Thai Eatery at the intersection of Windmill Lane and Las Vegas Boulevard.

Despite a compact space, diners can order from a lengthy roster of dishes, including popular favorites imported from the original downtown restaurant.
Among the appetizers, Bangkok street food sausages, chicken satay, Crying Tiger steak with a dip sauce, and marinated and grilled Thai pork.
Traditional favorites of tom yum and tom kha soups are joined by red, green, yellow, and panang curries, plus house specials of crispy pork and Chinese broccoli, egg noodle prepared in Northern Thai curry, soft shell crab, seafood pink noodle soup, lobster fried rice, sweet chili sauce tilapia, and desserts including coconut ice cream served with roti pancakes.
D E Thai Kitchen, 8174 Las Vegas Boulevard S., 702-998-9475. Open daily from 11 a.m to 9 p.m.
