A rival to Shake Shack and “the most authentic Latin restaurant in Henderson” are both in the final stages of a move to St. Rose Parkway, now hoping to be make big debuts within the next two months.
The restaurants join recent arrival Scrambled at the Gardner Plaza retail center, with national chain BurgerFi taking over the drive-thru equipped corner space, two doors down from newcomer Padrino’s Latin Bar & Grill.
Located close to the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Coronado Center, BurgerFi specializes in antibiotic-, steroid-, and additive-free Black Angus beef burgers on buns toasted with the company logo. Pitching itself as an elevated alternative to familiar fast-casual outlets, the first Nevada expansion is now tentatively pushing for a November launch.

Inspired by flavors and classic dishes from Southern America, Spain, and Portugal, Padrino’s Latin Bar & Grill is hoping for its own October arrival, preparing to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Upgraded with furniture imported from Brazil for its indoor dining space and creating an outdoor patio with a long bar and room for live music, the grill expects to be open daily and has hinted at a future menu including cocktails, margaritas, tapas dishes, and paella.
