11 Restaurants and Bars Reopen at the Park MGM and NoMad

Plus a preview of restaurants reopening soon

The Park MGM and NoMad return today as non-smoking resorts. Both closed on March 17 when Gov. Steve Sisolak ordered nonessential businesses to close to prevent the spread of COVID-19. While the governor allowed casinos to reopen on June 4, many waited until tourist demand rose. Here’s a look at the restaurants and bars reopening at the Park MGM and NoMad, along with a look at some of the other Las Vegas restaurants reopening soon.

Reopening Today

The massive Eataly with its Italian marketplace and bevy of restaurants returns daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Park MGM.

The venue’s La Pizza e La Pasta returns from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily with pasta di gragnano IGP, Neapolitan-style pizza, wines, cocktails, and new prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner.

Caffe Lavazza & Pastry serves Italian espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and house-made pastries daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Chef’s Table offers breakfast panini Monday through Friday from 7 to 11 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to noon.

The Italian Street Food Counter serves house-made panini, roasted chicken, pizza by the slice, and fried Italian favorites from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Gran Caffe reopens with classic cocktails, regional Italian wine, beer, and spirits Sunday through Thursday from noon to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight.

Market & Wine returns daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. with pasta, extra virgin olive oil, Italian wine, and more.

Primrose at the Park MGM plans to be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. with French-inspired breakfast through dinner.

Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar also returns at the Park MGM from 5 to 10 p.m. daily.

Juniper Cocktail Lounge reopens at the resort from 5 p.m. to midnight daily.

At NoMad inside the Park MGM, Eater 38 restaurant NoMad Bar reopens from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.

Broadway Burger Bar & Grill reopens at New York-New York daily from 1 to 9 p.m.

Reopening Soon

Divine Cafe at the Springs Preserve reopens on October 1 with service Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Piero’s Italian Cuisine reopens on October 2 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Edge Steakhouse at Westgate reopens on October 22.

Reopened Recently

The Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay reopened Veranda from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

Press, the coffee bar and cocktail lounge at the Four Seasons, reopened daily from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:30 to 11 p.m.

Velveteen Rabbit in the Arts District reopened from 5 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
