A slice of San Diego lands at Fort Apache and Russell roads. San Diego’s Landini’s Pizzeria debuted with its menu of pasta, pizza, and thin-crust slices more than a year since signing a lease. The 1,386-square-foot space at the new retail center features space for 47 customers a short drive from The Gramercy.

Landini’s originally launched in 2009, selling individual New York-style slices in San Diego’s Little Italy before expanding to a second location and opening the city’s Illando Ristorante Italiano and Scuderie Italia restaurants.

Diners can pick up a slice or a whole pie at the new Las Vegas location. Specialty pizzas include La Piccante topped with ricotta, pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple; the no sauce Autumn with butternut squash, red onion, Gorgonzola, and fried sage; Ponte Vecchio with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and olives; and a vegan option. Pastas include lasagna, primavera, arrabbiata, and carbonara, among others. Five panini options, eggplant parmigiana, stromboli, spinach rolls, and desserts round out the menu.

Landini’s Pizzeria, 9440 W. Russell Road, 725-205-2249. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Online ordering available.
