Resetting its own opening day countdown clock, the first local expansion for “upscale fast food” specialists BurgerFi is now officially announcing a February debut date in Henderson.
The “BurgerFication of the Nation” will reach the Gardner Plaza retail center on Sunday, February 21, at the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Coronado Center Drive.
Earning a loyal fan base for its Black Angus beef burgers prepared with no antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones, or additives, the full menu includes fried chicken sandwiches and tenders, hot dogs, the “Cry + Fry” onion ring and French fry combo, custard cups, shakes, and concretes.
While BurgerFi also offers 100 percent plant-based Beyond Burgers, meat-lovers are well served by The CEO, a double Wagyu and brisket blend burger topped with candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and Swiss cheese, plus double bacon and cheese options, and a breakfast creation topped with maple syrup, a fried egg, and a hash brown.
Designed with a drive-thru, BurgerFi joins existing breakfast and brunch restaurant Scrambled and another newcomer, Padrino’s Latin Bar & Grill, still hoping to unveil its Southern American, Spanish, and Portuguese menu soon.
