DOWNTOWN — Fremont East’s Commonwealth rolls out Commonwealth Cocktail Club from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights starting on Friday, January 29. The night includes a piano bar with guest performers and singers alongside the bar’s pianist, Spadoni. Starting at 10 p.m. local deejays, including KidConrad, Vtech. and more, take over. New cocktails for the nights include a sharable Basil Bae Punch Bowl with rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and South Seas syrup for $35, serving three to five people; Cutie Collins with cucumber vodka, lemon juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and soda for $14; Willy Wonka’s Hangover with apple brandy, mezcal, lemon juice, ginger, habanero, and egg whites for $14; and Pleasure Fist with light and dark rum, lime juice, orgeat, and orange liqueur, also $14.
