A new fast-casual spot, called Stuff My Turkey, brings a menu of enhanced turkey legs and decadent desserts to the Strip. Now open at the far back corner of the Hawaiian Marketplace, the venture is a sibling concept to Chicks & Butts Soul Food, located a few steps away.
Serving up a dish more commonly found at a county fair, the Stuff My Turkey menu is built around 18-ounce, bone-in, stuffed and smoked turkey legs.

Orders can be upgraded with a Hennessy honey glaze, or guacamole, french fries and cheese sauce, plus the El Jefe creation, made with elote corn and cilantro lime crema. Larger portions include The M.O.B., smothered with blackened shrimp, angel hair pasta, and shaved Parmesan, and The Chunk, stuffed with truffle macaroni and cheese and Buffalo sauce.
Sides include Cajun fries, deviled egg potato salad, and pinto beans, while the dessert menu features a former downtown Las Vegas favorite of deep-fried Oreos, plus a slice of New York cheesecake, batter-fried and dusted with powdered sugar.
