THE STRIP — A Scottish brewery and pub has big plans to open a rooftop bar on the Las Vegas Strip. James Watt, the co-founder of Ellon, Scotland-based BrewDog, posted renderings and a video from a future site of a brewery and pub atop the Showcase Mall. Watt says the rooftop bar will feature a swimming pool, an urban forest, and a beer museum, as well as a 10 barrel brewing system. Watt says the bar will offer its new special edition Elvis Juice, a grapefruit beer. The brewery already has U.S. locations in Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio, with collections of its own beers on tap and in bottles. [Scottish Daily Record]

We have secured a brilliant rooftop location in the heart of the strip.
We are going to have an urban forest & rooftop garden, a brewery, a beer museum and maybe a special edition of Elvis Juice on tap!
So excited about this one! pic.twitter.com/qxXtxH4L4O
