Pool season will look vastly different in Las Vegas as the state continues to enforce restrictions to slow the spread of COVID-19, but that’s not stopping former pool parties from reopening. While remaining open for those 21 and older, the former dayclub settings take on a different tone. Marquee Nightclub’s pool party at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas returns on Friday, March 5, as the Pool Marquee, dubbed “an amplified, more mature pool experience for guests 21 years or older with reservations.”
This season, the pool features an exclusive socially distant poolside environment with new dishes such as sushi, specialty cocktails, bottle service, and resident deejays. The pool expanded its seating areas, including an exclusive new section by the deejay, and added five new bungalow cabanas.
The Pool Marquee will be open from 11 a.m. to sunset each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Reservations are required, especially for daybeds, cabanas, and tables. For reservations, call 702-333-9000 or head online.
Other pools that were dayclubs also plan to reopen in March. Daylight Beach at Mandalay Bay announced that it would reopen as a more serene pool setting on March 5. Wet Republic Ultra Pool, the pool experience at the MGM Grand, also returns on March 5, as an extension of the resort pool. Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria reopens on Friday, March 12, as an extension of the resort pool.
