The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas gets ready to reopen its rooftop pools with views of the Strip and brings back Overlook Grill, the restaurant that serves the pools. Boulevard Pool and the Chelsea Pool return along with the Pool Marquee, which already announced its reopening.
The Boulevard Pool already reopened from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily starting March 22. Customers can make cabana or daybed reservations. The pool’s dive-in movies return as well with a roster of classics and blockbusters announced soon.
The Chelsea Pool reopens on Friday, March 12, when it will offer poolside lounging from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Friday through Sunday. On Monday, March 22, operations will move to seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Overlook Grill reopens on Friday, March 5, with al fresco American classics for breakfast and lunch and bottomless brunch cocktail specials. Reservations for the open-air dining destination are required at 877-893-2001. Beginning Friday, March 5, Overlook Grill will open Friday through Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Friday. March 26, the restaurant will open one hour earlier at 8 a.m. Dishes include a breakfast sandwich with turkey chorizo sausage, fried egg, smoked Gouda, avocado spread, and jalapeño aioli on a brioche roll, served with breakfast potatoes; fish tacos; Hawaiian heart of palm salad with grapefruit, avocado, jalapeño, quinoa-pumpkin seed crunch, and tamarind sherry dressing; and the OG burger with two four-ounce patties, special sauce, American cheese, and dill pickles on a brioche bun, served with French fries. The restaurant’s bottomless brunch cocktails includes rosé for $30, bloody Marys or mimosas for $25, and obnoxious bloody Marys or Veuve Cliquot mimosas for $40.
Marquee already announced that its pool reopen as Pool Marque on Friday, March 5, for adults only.
