DOWNTOWN and DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN — Breakfast specialist BabyStacks Cafe bought both locations of MTO Cafe, the breakfast and lunch spot. Both spaces will continue to operate as MTO Cafe under the new team. MTO, which stands for made-to-order, opened in Downtown Las Vegas in 2013 and at Downtown Summerlin in 2014.
