Las Vegas Raiders fans will have a restaurant and bar to call their own when Raiders Tavern & Grill opens on Thursday, April 1, at the M Resort. Dubbed the world’s only official Raiders-themed restaurant, the new sports bar plans to serve game-day fare alongside a happy hour with 20 beers on tap at two bars.
Raiders Tavern & Grill plans to have seating for 200 as well as patio seating with views of the M Pool and televisions for catching the Silver and Black.
The menu features build-your-own burgers, seared salmon, barbecue dishes, street tacos, and wood-fired pizzas. A portion of the menu will focus on healthier, lighter fare and include vegan and vegetarian dishes. Desserts include bread pudding, strawberry shortcake, and ice cream cocktails and sundaes.
Fans can expect a mid-week crab leg night, and those who want a more private experience can book the Remy Martin Lounge with room for 25.
Two bars inside the venue feature a deep list of tequila and whiskey. One will be branded the Modelo Bar, themed and decorated similarly to its sister bar at Allegiant Stadium, where the Raiders play. The second one will be the Remy Martin Bar and will offer a long list of specialty cocktails.
Raiders Tavern & Grill opens the reservation books on OpenTable starting on March 24. Walk-up patrons will also be able to be seated on a first-come first-served basis. The sports bar and restaurant plans to be open from 11 a.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
The resort sits near the Raiders new $75 million practice facility.
The Las Vegas Raiders moved to Las Vegas in 2020 and played their first season at Allegiant Stadium with no fans in attendance.
