THE STRAT — Say so long to Radius Pool and hello to Wet24 Pool & Bar, the renamed pool at the resort that opens for hotel guests on Saturday, March 6. The pool offers frozen cocktails, wine, and beer, as well as chicken wings with Buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing; a California wrap made with crispy chicken, pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce, avocado, ranch, and tomato; and a breakfast burrito served with bacon, eggs, pico de gallo, potatoes, and salsa. Cocktails include a frozen Miami Vice with Malibu Coconut rum, Sammy’s Beach Bar rum, and piña colada and strawberry mix; the Cannon Ball, made with Skrewball peanut butter whiskey, Bacardi Superior rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut purée; and Electric Lemonade, made with Absolut Citron vodka, blue Curaçao, Sierra Mist, and sweet and sour mix.
