Counting Martha Stewart among its board of directors and expanding to more than 120 locations in less than a decade, BurgerFi has finally debuted its wagyu and brisket blend burgers in Henderson.

Taking over the corner site at the Gardner Plaza retail center, BurgeFi joins Padrino’s Taverna Latina and breakfast specialists Scrambled at the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Coronado Center, featuring late hours, an outdoor patio, and a rare drive-thru option for the fast-casual chain.

Toasting its logo into each top bun and promising Angus beef burgers prepared with no steroids, antibiotics, or growth hormones, the counter-service Henderson location added eco-friendly furnishings and fixtures to the open dining space.

An “upscale fast food” concept to rival Shake Shack, the menu features Beyond Burgers, a breakfast all day option stacked with fried egg, bacon, hash browns and maple syrup, plus the double patty CEO, topped with candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and Swiss cheese.

Other choices include fried chicken sandwiches and tenders, hot dogs, onion rings, fries, shakes, and custard cups.

BurgerFi, 2645 St. Rose Parkway, Henderson, 702-444-0319. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.
