An ode to all things Champagne comes to Resorts World when it opens this summer on the north end of the Strip. Clique Hospitality plans to open Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge, with a 360-degree view of the casino floor.
Design firm Kudos is creating the look of the 4,090-square-foot lounge that will have a feminine feel. Customers can expect to find large couches and high-top tables for seating as well as illuminated orbs overhead, a nod to Champagne bubbles. DJ sets and live music set the tone for the space.
Of course, Champagne takes center stage, with a roster of cocktails including “one-of-a-kind sips” with “over-the-top effects” as well as timeless and “whimsical” selections served in crystal-cut tumblers. A secret drink menu, a monthly rotating selection of featured Champagne, seasonal drinks, and limited-time spirits round out the drinks.
Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge joins other announced outlets at Resorts World, including Wally’s Wine & Spirits with a wine bar, restaurant, and gourmet store; Ayu Dayclub, bringing an outdoor pool venue with a distinctly Southeast Asian tropical island theme; Zouk, the resort’s nightlife focal point; Fuhu with a contemporary Chinese cuisine menu; and RedTail, a casual pre-game spot with its own cocktail creations and shared contemporary Asian bites.
