VENETIANDelmonico Steakhouse now has a butcher shop and market, along with celebratory pies for pickup at the restaurant. The butcher shop and market feature restaurant-quality cuts of meat and dishes that can be reheated at home. The meats include rib-eyes, chateaubriand, New York strip, filet mignon, Piedmontese, wagyu, pork chops, and racks of lamb. Traditional New Orleans style gumbo, fresh pasta, lobster bisque, steak sauce, and housemade Worcestershire sauce are available by the pint in the market. Cakes and pies start at six inches for $30. Cake flavors include chocolate-covered strawberry cake, white chocolate mousse cake, and chocolate decadence cake. For pies, customers can choose from bananas foster ice cream pie or an Emeril’s banana Boston cream pie. Specialty cakes and pies must be ordered three days in advance. To order, head online. FASHION SHOWStripburger & Chicken at the front of the shopping mall reopened on Friday, March 5.
