First revealed back in September 2019, chef Jet Tila maintained a low-key, public distance during the development of his fast-casual restaurant Dragon Tiger Noodle Co., but the Food Network and online cooking star is returning to Las Vegas this weekend to make a personal appearance at two of a trio of restaurants coming soon to the region.
Scheduled to appear at the already open Southern Highlands branch between 3 and 4 p.m, on Saturday, April 17, Tila will travel east to mark the opening of the Henderson location from 4 to 5 p.m, close to the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Amigo Street.
Built around a “your noodles, your way,” menu, plus “Chef Jet” noodle bowl creations including tonkotsu ramen and Hokkaido beef, both counter-service sites will keep future hours of 10.30 a.m. until 2 a.m., serving house-made ramen and udon, beef pho, protein options of braised pork belly, chicken, beef, and tofu, and a roster of additional vegetables and toppings.
Currently hiring, a yet to be announced third outpost remains in the works for the Rainbow Commons retail center in Spring Valley, between Sunset Road and the 215, and moving into the same building as Greek Chicken and a Potbelly Sandwich Shop. An estimated arrival date is promised to be “coming soon.”
