Sugar Factory American Brasserie gets ready to open a three-story location on the center of the Las Vegas Strip this summer. The 14,000-square-foot location takes over the former Twin Peaks space at Harmon Corner, keeping the indoor climbing wall and replacing the footings with candy dots.

The new location features a walk-up goblet bar on the pedestrian bridge between Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue that overlooks the second-floor dining room and a retail candy store with more than 500 types of candy and two cases filled with homemade ice cream and gelato, milkshakes, pastries, and coffee options. For dining, 230 seats indoors, a 36-seat entry-level bar, a 30-seat carousel bar on the mezzanine level, and a 30-seat outdoor patio outfitted with fire pits that overlook the Las Vegas Strip.

Some of the decor includes a life-sized flower wall with neon artwork that lines the gold staircase, LED screens, the floor-to-ceiling dot wall, and a dining space with red velvet chairs and booths.

This location plans to offer brunch, lunch, and dinner, with the weekend brunch spanning unlimited mimosas; double stacked rainbow pancakes served with maple syrup and chocolate chips, gummy bears, strawberries, and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles; and breakfast burgers such as a version with doughnuts.

Lunch and dinner features pan-roasted prime rib-eye paired with a crispy brick of Havarti cheese; roasted lobster mac and cheese for two; brick chicken served with mashed potatoes in a lemon-herb sauce; and a burger topped with melted white cheddar, mac and cheese, and bacon.

Of course, Sugar Factory specializes in over-the-top milkshakes served in chocolate-covered mugs in flavors such as the sugar caramel sugar daddy cheesecake milkshake or the bacon cheeseburger milkshake. Other dessert options include the King Kong Sundae, which serves up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream covered with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, and giant whirly pops.
