Clique Hospitality’s Side Piece makes the move to Red Rock Resort on May 10 with a menu of New York- and Sicilian-inspired pizzas, hot Italian sandwiches, and classic calzones in the resort’s food court.
Naples-born chef Enzo Esposito created a new chicken Parm pizza smothered with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Other options include 16-inch and 22-inch cheese, pepperoni, veggie, meat lovers, and their local favorite the Bianca. Side Piece’s Sicilian style pizzas will be available in cheese or pepperoni options.
Diners can start with pizza rolls, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, or pizza fritta with prosciutto and mozzarella layered on top of fried pizza dough. Salads include a Tuscan salad mixed with greens, pears, blue cheese, toasted walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette or a Caesars salad served tossed with a lemon pepper Caesars dressing. A Caprese salad comes with heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and aged balsamic dressing.
Hot sandwiches include a classic Italian, chicken Parmesan, meatball, prosciutto panini, and eggplant to name a few.
The restaurant also plans to-go options, including a deal for a 22-inch New York cheese pie for $10 on Wednesdays for delivery only. The restaurant plans to be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
