After more than a year of reduced capacity and social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19, some restaurants still haven’t reopened. Take Phil’s Italian Steakhouse at Treasure Island off the temporarily closed list. The steakhouse reopens on April 22 with a 24-ounce bone-in rib-eye chop, chicken marsala, and pan-fried branzino.
Other classic favorites include whole lobster, crab legs, crab cakes, a shrimp cocktail, and oysters Rockefeller. Shrimp scampi, a filet mignon, and New York strip steak round out the menu at the restaurant named for Treasure Island owner Phil Ruffin. Try a warm skillet chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.
The steakhouse plans to operate Thursday through Sunday from 4 to 10 p.m. with the bar opening at 4 p.m. and restaurant at 5 p.m.
