FERGUSONS DOWNTOWN — Vintage Vegan Diner is making its way to Fergusons Downtown with a vegan vending machine serving sliders, tofu bites, and edible cookie dough on April 24. Co-owners Taylor and Autumn Riley-Parham launched their vegan restaurant in May 2020. [EaterWire]

RED ROCK RESORT — The Nevada Restaurant Association’s Epicurean Affair returns to the resort’s Sandbar Pool on Thursday, October 7, after being canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic. [EaterWire]
