Coffee and pastries served in a “warm environment with a modern touch” arrived in Seven Hills from Orange, California, focused on creating a new gathering place for locals.
Tru Bru Organic Coffee is now open daily inside a 2,442-square-foot corner space at The Commons at Seven Hills retail center, near the intersection of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Seven Hills Drive.
The open-plan interior offers stools facing the baristas’ workspace, a handful of tables by the large windows, plus a sofa and comfortable chairs surrounding a fireplace.
Pouring 100 percent organic beverages, including a nitro cold brew and matcha imported from Uji, Japan, the evolving casual dining options include avocado toast with organic eggs, a variety of the house special scones, cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip muffins, carrot cake, cookies, and gluten-free chocolate banana bread.
An application to serve beer, wine, and spirits in the future was recently filed with the City of Henderson.
Tru Bru Organic Coffee, 855 Seven Hills Drive, # 100, Henderson, 702-268-7618. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
