RIO — The resort west of the Strip returns hotel operations seven days a week on April 19. Since reopening in December, the Rio only offered weekend stays, another the gaming floor and some restaurants and bars remained open daily. All American Bar & Grille, Hash House A Go Go, Kang’s Kitchen, KJ Dim Sum & Seafood, the Sports Deli, Smashburger, Starbucks, VooDoo Steak, and Wetzel’s Pretzels also return, along with Shutters Bar, iBar, the Pool Bar, Purple Zebra Daiquiri Bar, the Race & Sports Book Bar, and Masquerade Bar.
