Operating as Griddlecakes since 2008, one of the region’s most popular breakfast and lunch destinations has debuted its fourth local restaurant, moving into a 2,299-square-foot space in Spring Valley.

Famed for its elaborate pancake dishes and frequent long lines of diners patiently waiting for weekend brunch, Griddlecakes replaced a former Einstein Bros. Bagels coffee shop at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Flamingo Road, sharing the building with a drive-thru equipped Dairy Queen.

In addition to the flavored pancake stacks that can be personally customized and upgraded with choices of fruit, cream, and drizzle, the lengthy breakfast menu is served all day and includes omelets, waffles, French toast, skillets, eggs Benedict, and scrambles, plus lunch specialties of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and eight-ounce burgers.

The new space sits five miles to the northeast from the restaurant's Fort Apache Road outpost and the company continues to operate in North Las Vegas and on Eastern Avenue.

Griddlecakes, 4010 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite B. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
