EASTSIDE — Tapas bar Firefly on Paradise reopens on Monday, May 17, at 11 a.m. In November, the restaurant’s owners John and Tabitha Simmon decided to temporarily close some of their Las Vegas restaurants because of statewide occupancy restrictions as a result of the pandemic. Their other restaurants — Firefly in the southwest and Tacos & Beer — already reopened. Firefly on Paradise plans to be open daily with brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. [EaterWire]

CAESARS PALACE — Nobu Restaurant, Pronto by Giada, Rao’s, and Old Homestead all recently expanded hours. Nobu Restaurant is now open from 5 to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Pronto by Giada is now open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Rao’s is open from 5 to 10 p.m., Thursday through Monday.
