The patio at chef Ray Garcia’s ¡Viva! at Resorts World sits on Las Vegas Boulevard for prime people watching and dishes such as shrimp and clamato coctel de camaron, ancho-rubbed lamb ribs and a side of red cabbage slaw, chicharron and garlic mojo, octopus with chorizo and salsa molcajete, and a 6-ounce cut of Mashima Reserve American wagyu prepared with salsa, roasted tomato, and fingerling potatoes. Head here on the weekend for brunch with bottomless sangria and chorizo con huevos.
Order a paella for two or four, or just grab some tapas and sangria, then head to the patio at Valencian Gold, which reopened after a major makeover in the southwest. Tapas options include poached seafood, chicken and jamon croquettes, house-made chorizo casero, warm guiri dates with blue cheese and bacon mojo, bullfighter’s steak, patatas bravas, and rabo bar fries with braised oxtails and tetilla. Or just go for a charcuterie plate.
Sugar Factory American Brasserie’s new location at Harmon Corner outpost offers stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip to the south. In colder months, sit by a firepit and devour a sundae or milkshake, the perfect balance of hot and cold.

Delilah, the new supper club at Wynn Las Vegas, offers an outdoor terrace where diners can still hear the music. On either side of the main dining room, these outdoor courtyards whisk diners away to the Amalfi Coast with lanterns for lighting and 75-year-old magnolia trees.
PKWY Volunteer, the fifth outlet for PKWY Tavern, opened near the M Resort with a patio facing Las Vegas Boulevard for casual fare.
Milano Restaurant & Bar at Town Square offers aarancini, bruschetta, baked clams, and calamari among its appetizers, plus a full range of pasta dishes and salads on its patio.

Dave’s Hot Chicken brings fast-casual hot chicken tenders and sliders, along with sides of house-made kale slaw, creamy mac n’ cheese, and crispy French fries. Dave’s offers seven various spice levels ranging from No Spice to Reaper, which requires a signed waiver for those who dare. Each heat level uses a different spice blend. Head out to the small patio decorated with murals designed by Splatterhaus and Dehmq while eating.
Brezza, Italian for breeze, embraces that airy ambiance with a patio with room for 100 overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The new Italian restaurant at Resorts World features fare from Nicole Brisson, a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef Southwest in 2020.
Money, Baby!, combines a sportsbook with food from Food Network star and culinary director chef Beau MacMillan and an experience courtesy of industry veterans and co-founders Justin Massei and Mikis Troyan of Clive Collective. The new sports bar at Virgin Hotels features a 5,500-square-foot-patio overlooking the property’s resort pools. Diners can play cornhole and lawn games, or sit by the fire pits. Nosh on dishes such as the Home Wrecker, an 18-inch all-beef hot dog, available Chicago style, reuben, bahn mi, or “Boss Hog” with barbecue braised pork and queso blanco.
A third location for the Mexican restaurant El Dorado Cantina arrives at 8349 W. Sunset Road near the 215 Beltway. The 4,500-square-foot space has patio seating for table-side guacamole, street tacos, and vegan and vegetarian options.

Chef and owner Nittaya Parawong opened Nittaya’s Little Kitchen on Centennial’s Norman Rockwell Lane. Customers can now enjoy a classic and modern Thai menu out on the patio. Nittaya’s serves family-inspired recipes such as a chicken larb salad, crabmeat fried rice, “secret garden” vegetarian fare, and curries, including a salmon-avocado creation. Asian tapas options are highlighted by crispy pork belly, the very popular ”world famous spinach salad,” tamarind shrimp, and green curry egg rolls, plus 11 entrées, with choices of crying tiger steak, garlic-basil lamb chops, a Thai barbecue Cornish game hen, and a spicy catfish.

Aromi Italian Restaurant from executive chef German Castellanos and his partner, pastry chef Alessandro Stoppa offers a small patio for a duck prosciutto salad that comes in a sweet maui onion dressing and burrata atop a golden beet carpaccio. Spaghetti neri in lobster bisque, rabbit ragout pappardelle, and octopus and cioppino are just some of the dishes Castellanos recommends. Other favorites include bread and thyme-crusted New Zealand lamb chop or branzino in Prosseco sauce. The restaurant also features a risotto of the day.
Braeswood BBQ brings Tex Mex barbecue to the ever growing Gateway District just south of the Arts District. Options include brisket and smoked carnitas by the pound and ribs by the half rack or full as well as starters such as a Southern shrimp cocktail and chili con queso for dining a small patio on Main Street and a larger patio in the back for live entertainment.
Siegel’s Bagelmania expanded into new space next to the Las Vegas Convention Center with its roster of deli favorites including pastries and New York-style boiled bagels for patio dining.
While only guests at the Venetian can dine at Capri Pool Restaurant & Bar, the new breakfast and lunch spot from 50 Eggs Hospitality, they can eat and drink at the al fresco bar and lounge overlooking the renovated pool deck at the resort.
Virgin Hotels now has the poolside Kassi Beach House, the new Italian restaurant from restaurateur Nick Mathers and Wish You Were Here Group. Diners can pick up daily brunch or dinner while looking out on the resort’s pools.

Soulbelly BBQ from former Top Chef contestant Bruce Kalman features an expansive 1,581-square-foot patio filled with picnic tables and smokers for his cuts of salt and pepper brisket, Carolina pulled pork, chipotle cider-glazed drumsticks, pork spare ribs, burnt ends, and more in the Gateway Distrrict.
Taverna Costera and sibling venture Dragon’s Alley Coffee Co. brings Greek fare and coffee drinks to the rooftop patio as well as a courtyard patio in the Arts District.
A patio replete with sand and poolside views awaits at Casa Calavera, the Mexican restaurant at Virgin Hotels. Grab a margarita or a shot of mezcal and wile away the afternoon during brunch or as the sun comes down at dinner.
The Monterrey-inspired tacos de trompo and frijoles charros find a home on the patio at Tacos del Julio for late-night dining at the Hawaiian Marketplace.
Tacos El Cabron out of San Diego offers a small patio across from the UNLV campus, serving a Tijuana-inspired menu. Order tacos, quesatacos, and burritos filled with ingredients including octopus, al pastor, adobada, shrimp, and carne asada.
Order Beyond Burgers, a breakfast all day option stacked with fried egg, bacon, hash browns, and maple syrup, or the double patty CEO, topped with candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and Swiss cheese at BurgerFi, then take it out on the patio at the front that overlooks St. Rose Parkway in Henderson.
