HENDERSON — Blume Kitchen & Cocktails launches Beauty and the Brunch on Sunday, May 23, with live deejays, bottomless Moët mimosas, and table-side hookah service. The menu includes the Blume Benedict made with skirt steak, shrimp, poached eggs, and Hollandaise for $28, the Boujee Rasco’s made with country fried chicken, Belgium waffles, and maple syrup for $17; and the Bieber made with white chocolate brioche and macerated fruit in Grand Marnier for $13.
