Giada De Laurentiis Reopens Her Wine Bar at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip

Pronto Wine Bar at Caesars Palace has officially reopened with more than 40 wines by the glass from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The wine bar inside Pronto by Giada from celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis specializes in California-Italian wines including some of the television personality’s personal favorites.

Customers can also sip on cocktails that highlight her favorite flavors such as lemon and fig, and pair drinks with the wine bar’s dishes, including marcona almonds, marinated olives, a duo of ceci bean purée with chili-tomato and cannellini bean dip with kale pesto, fresh mozzarella lemon and Calabrian chili, goat cheese stuffed peppers, bacon-wrapped dates with Gorgonzola crema, and an antipasti platter, Italy’s cured hams, and a cheese board.

The bar also offers flights of wine that cover Tuscan wines, Italian grapes in California, and the chef’s favorites from Italy and California. Or just go for a glass of Prosecco or an Aperol spritz.
