Two more venues serving chef Jet Tila’s “dragon wings” and noodle bowls are primed to debut later this year, and a previously unannounced westside location now has a confirmed address.
Currently open at the Southern Highlands Marketplace and on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. will next expand to the Rainbow Commons retail center in Spring Valley, located at the intersection of Sunset Road and Rainbow Boulevard.
Promised to be “coming soon,” and specializing in build-your-own dishes of ramen, udon, and low carb shirataki, diners can add pork belly, char-broiled chicken, beef, and tofu to their bowls, order spicy chicken wing sides, or sample the “Chef Jet” collection of rice and noodle creations.
The under-construction property will sit next to a Potbelly Sandwich Shop and close to Greek Chicken.
On the westside, real estate broker ROI is sharing the counter-service restaurant will also move into the 2,000-square-foot suite 11on the western side of Fashion Village at Boca Park.
Located a short distance from Sambalatte, Kona Grill, and The Cheesecake Factory, the noodle shop replaces the shuttered Mastroianni Fashions store. Moving into a former retail space, and not an existing restaurant, hints that Tila fans will have at least a six-month wait until opening day.
