Caesars Palace is on a roll lately with two new restaurants from chef Bobby Flay opening, the return of Bacchanal Buffet, and now a new sports bar strategically located across from Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.
Stadia Bar opened with decor that pays homage to basketball, football, and baseball with room for 120 in a 2,186-square-foot space designed by Rockwell Group. The floor uses recycled basketball court wood, while five VIP domes come wrapped in leather that look like a vintage leather football helmet. Each of these semi-private VIP areas comes equipped with an LED screen. The domes are lined with a metal mesh and artwork by San Francisco-based artist and mural painter Apexer. Other sports-inspired design details include net-like chandeliers, sconces that look like deconstructed baseballs, and glove-like leather banquettes.
“We’re seeing like pre-pandemic volumes again, which was why it was so important for us to finish up all these projects. We’re close to having all this ready to go for our customers when we’re ready to welcome them back,” says Chris Carraher, director of food and beverage at Caesars Palace, just as the venue is about to open. Over in VIP area dedicated to the Las Vegas Raiders, former wide receiver James Lofton and linebacker Rod Martin, along with four Raiderettes, get ready to welcome the first customers.
Carraher says the sports bar combines the best of Montecristo Cigar Bar and the resort’s sportsbook. “We had so much demand for customers to have a private, intimate experience watching their favorite sports teams,” he says.
While customers can order food from neighboring Bobby’s Burgers and DiFara Pizza available via mobile ordering in the Forum Food Hall, it’s the cocktails that make this bar special.
First, the bar features athlete- and celebrity-owned spirits brands including Termana Tequila by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, 7Five Beer by Vegas Golden Knights player Ryan Reaves, Howler Head Banana Bourbon by president of the UFC Dana White, among others. Aside from celebrity brands, the bar serves Buffalo Trace O.F.C. 1995, Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero, Chivas Regal “The Icon,” Bowmore 27 Year, and more.

Then there’s the highball cart, where customers can choose their garnish, spirit, and more than a dozen Fever Tree soda flavors to create a customized cocktail. The cart includes Woodford Reserve, Maker’s Mark Private Select Caesars Barrel II Bourbon, Knob Creek Single Barrel Caesars Reserve Select Bourbon, Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, Ron Zacapa 23 Centenario Solera Rum, Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila, and Crown Royal Whisky. Customers can top their cocktail with rosemary, thyme, basil, Earl Grey, a jalapeño, or juniper berries, among others.
If that’s not enough, Stadia Bar has Old Fashioneds and Manhattans by the barrel that are brought directly to the table. The $125 barrels serve six.
Stadia Bar is located next to the Forum Food Hall and across from Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.
