Following two years on Eastern Avenue in Henderson, Stella’s Pizza has closed, rebranded and moved 12 miles to Spring Valley to create the first outpost of Manizza’s Pizza.
Named after operator Christina Martin’s great grandfather, Geno Manizza, the 1,589-square-foot space features indoor seating and a team member lending library, filling two bookcases with inspirational and business skills guides to inspire its young staff.
Located at the Rainbow Pavilion retail center, close to Patrick Lane and Rainbow Boulevard and replacing the former home of Jaburritos, the pizza parlor menu is created with an in-house, eight-spice pizza sauce, plus daily prepared dough, whole milk mozzarella imported from Utah, and locally sourced vegetables.
Pizza choices include chicken ranch, Caprese, the five cheese Blonde Bombshell, and the pepperoni and sausage Stella’s Supreme, plus options of calzones, chicken wings, or fingers, garlic knots, cinnamon bites and jumbo canolli.
Manizza’s Pizza, 6090 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 2, 702-675-8850. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
