LAS VEGAS — Mariena Mercer Boarini, the property mixologist at Wynn Las Vegas, now has her own canned cocktail. She teamed up with Drifter Craft Cocktails to create the passion fruit caipirinha, which she says reflects Las Vegas as well as her molecular mixology prowess.
