ARTS DISTRICT — Lola’s — A Louisiana Kitchen chef and owner Lola Pokorny says she permanently closed her original location in the Holsum Design Center in Downtown Las Vegas after finding it difficult to hire staff. BOULDER CITY — The Cornish Pasty Co. plans to open a second area location in the former Scratch House Restaurant space. Co-owner Richard Blankley says the restaurant should open in September or October since it does not require many renovations inside. The restaurant also has a location in the Arts District.
