Three of Zouk Group’s venues at Resorts World open this weekend — Ayu Dayclub, RedTail, and Fuhu. Ayu kicks things off with a live performance by Miley Cyrus on July 4 with the doors opening at 9 p.m., and her performance at 10 p.m. For those who do not want to attend the show, Resorts World plans to broadcast it on the resort’s 100,000-square-foot LED screen — one of the largest exterior LED displays in the United States — followed by a Fourth of July fireworks show.
RedTail — a social gaming lounge for those 21 and older — features interactive gaming, in-venue sports betting, live entertainment, and a boatload of televisions spread over 6,140 square feet with room for 327 patrons. The sports bar serves fish and chips, loco moco poutine, pepper poppers, poke nachos, truffle fries, and Zouk sausage and mash. Diners can build a salad, or order Killer Wings served on the bone, boneless, or as a vegan option.
A roster of burgers includes novelty choices such as Chee Hoo with Hawaiian-style chili, cheddar cheese sauce, crispy shallots, tomato, and banana peppers; the Basic Burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and not so secret sauce; and the Burger, Not! with Impossible meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, a vegan bun, and not so secret vegan sauce. A chicken sandwich and the Smacked Platter for $99 with two pounds each of wings and boneless wings round out the menu.
RedTail also offers desserts such as sticky toffee pudding, a sundae for two, and cereal treats with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, chocolate Rice Krispies, and Captain Crunch with berries. A $90 sundae comes with sparklers to feed a group.
The sports bar offers two dozen beers along with three private karaoke rooms.
RedTail is open Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to late night and Friday through Sunday from noon to late night.

Next door at Fuhu, vibe dining with contemporary Asian cuisine and a mixology program, also opens. The venue features retro touches, modern Chinese-inspired details, and an indoor-outdoor garden. Dishes include black pepper roll shrimp, crispy garlic tuna, Hokkaido scallop bantal, seared whole fish, yellow crab, lobster soup dumplings, and bone-in rib-eye steak. A curated soundtrack via two DJ booths keeps the beat.
Fuhu is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
Zouk Nightclub opens in September.
